Our initial thought........

The spread of the virus SARS-CoV-2 has brought a new unpleasant reality.

We turned into creating an outdoor classroom, as our school has a small grove,

which, with the appropriate knowledge and the correct technical measures, 

can become a serious alternative solution against the pandemic.

The outdoor teaching raises feelings of pleasure in students,

develops their creativity, while at the same time enhancing their participation in the classroom.

We need to develop new ideas and good practices in order to strengthen

the environmental awareness in the school and local community.

Following the practice of Aristotle's ideas, we envision a learning process closer to nature,

which will strengthen the environmental awareness both of the students and the teaching staff.

The creation of an appropriately designed outdoor classroom, 

by the members of the school community,

will contribute to their mental and physical health,

as they will enjoy it with their classmates, friends and families.
